This policy outlines the service standards, responsibilities, and guidelines followed by Sakura Cleaning Services L.L.C. to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality cleaning services for our clients.
Services are provided as per the agreed scope and schedule
Cleaning is limited to reachable areas only
Any additional or special services must be requested and approved in advance
Cleaning services will be carried out according to the confirmed schedule
Any changes or cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance
Delays caused by restricted access or client-related issues are not the responsibility of the Service Provider
Cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals are provided by the Service Provider unless otherwise agreed
Client-provided materials, if any, will be used as instructed
The Service Provider uses safe and approved cleaning products
All staff are trained and insured
Safety procedures and UAE regulations are strictly followed
The Client must ensure a safe working environment during service hours
The Client agrees to:
Provide safe access to the premises
Secure valuables before service
The Client must inform the Service Provider of:
Fragile items
Restricted areas
Special instructions or sensitivities
Additionally:
Ensure availability of water and electricity
Quality checks are conducted regularly
Any service-related concern should be reported within 24 hours
The Service Provider will review the issue and take corrective action where necessary
The Service Provider is responsible only for direct damages caused by proven negligence
Liability does not cover:
Pre-existing damages
Normal wear and tear
Structural or electrical issues
Maximum liability is limited as per the service agreement
Client information and premises details are treated as strictly confidential.
Cleaning staff will work only in authorized areas
Any lost or found items will be reported to the Client immediately
The Service Provider is not responsible for unsecured personal belongings
Services may be temporarily suspended due to:
Non-payment
Unsafe working conditions
Force majeure events
The Client will be informed in advance where possible.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update this policy.
Any changes will be communicated to the Client when applicable.
By confirming the service or allowing work to commence, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Company Policy.
