1. Nature of Delivery

• Sakura Cleaning Services L.L.C offers service-based delivery only.

• No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

• All services are performed on-site at the customer’s location.

2. Service Area

• Services are available within Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• Requests outside the service area may be declined or rescheduled.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Customers select the service type, date, and time slot during the booking process.

• Service delivery is subject to availability and booking confirmation.

• The confirmed booking schedule will be communicated to the customer via email and/or WhatsApp.

4. Delivery Time

• Services are delivered on the scheduled date and time selected at checkout.

• Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance where possible.

5. Delivery Charges

• Service charges are clearly displayed on the website before payment.

• All prices are listed in AED.

• Any additional charges (if applicable) will be communicated prior to service confirmation.

6. Payment Confirmation

• Upon successful payment, customers will receive a payment confirmation via email.

• The confirmation will include booking details and transaction reference information.

• Payment confirmation is sent immediately after successful transaction processing.

7. Failed or Delayed Delivery

• If a service cannot be delivered due to circumstances attributable to the merchant, the customer may be eligible for rescheduling or refund as per the Refund Policy.

• If service delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (e.g., no access to premises), the booking may be marked as completed.
