Service was not delivered due to reasons attributable to the merchant

Services already completed
Late cancellations outside the allowed cancellation period
Failure to provide access to the service location at the scheduled time
Customer dissatisfaction not reported within a reasonable time after service completion
All refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment used during the transaction.
