Customers may request cancellation of a booked service by contacting us through the provided communication channels (email or phone).
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellation requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be treated as late cancellations.
In case of a no-show or if access to the service location is not provided at the scheduled time, the booking may be marked as completed and no refund will be applicable.
Customers may request to reschedule a service instead of cancelling, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If any service is offered as non-cancellable or non-refundable, this will be clearly communicated to the customer before the purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstanding or disputes.
This Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
