This document outlines the general policy applicable to our residential cleaning services and the specific conditions agreed upon for each service.

By booking, making payment, or using our services, the Client is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated below.


1. Cleaning Service Policy (Company Policy)

Scope of Services

Our residential cleaning services include the following general indoor cleaning tasks:

  • Cleaning of floors and various surfaces

  • Cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms

  • Light tidying

Services Not Included (Unless Agreed in Advance):

  • High-level cleaning

  • Outdoor cleaning

  • Pest control services

  • Repair or maintenance work

  • Handling of hazardous or heavily contaminated materials


Cabinets, Closets, and Storage Areas

To avoid misunderstandings and to protect the Client’s personal belongings, cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, closets, and other storage areas will not be performed unless specifically instructed by the Client.

If you would like these areas to be cleaned, please inform our staff in advance or on the day of service.

Without prior instruction, the Company shall not be responsible for any issues related to items stored inside such areas.

If you are unsure which areas can be cleaned, please contact us in advance for clarification.


2. Cancellation and Operation Policy

(Residential / Subscription Services)

2.1 Schedule Changes and Cancellations

  • Schedule changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time

  • Requests made within 24 hours or on the day of service will not be accepted

  • In such cases, the service will be treated as completed (No-show)

  • No rescheduling or refunds will be provided


2.2 Client Absence

  • If our staff cannot access the premises at the scheduled time due to the Client’s absence, the service will be treated as a No-show

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be provided


2.3 Service Time Calculation

  • Service time is calculated based on the confirmed start and end time of the booking

  • Example: If a service is booked from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and access is granted at 11:30 AM, the service will still end at 1:00 PM

  • No extensions, rescheduling, or refunds will be provided due to delayed access


2.4 Refunds and Rescheduling

  • The Company may, at its discretion, accommodate rescheduling requests where possible

  • All payments made are strictly non-refundable

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances


2.5 Subscription Cancellation and Start Month Policy

  • Clients using subscription (recurring) services must provide at least one (1) month’s prior notice before cancellation

If cancellation notice is provided with less than one month’s notice:

  • The applicable monthly fee will remain payable and non-refundable

  • Services will continue to be provided as scheduled for that month

Mid-Month Subscription Start

  • If a subscription service starts in the middle of a month, the first month will still be charged as a full monthly fee

  • The service period will remain valid for one month from the start date


2.6 Company Discretion

All decisions regarding the application of this policy shall be made at the sole discretion of the Company. Any exception granted in individual cases shall not constitute a waiver of the Company’s rights in future cases.


2.7 Scope of Application

This policy applies to:

  • All residential cleaning services

  • All subscription and recurring service contracts


2.8 Acceptance

By booking, making payment, or allowing the service to commence, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of this Residential Cleaning Policy and the agreed service conditions.
